J. Michael Morgan

Effective Dispute Resolution

Since 1988, J. Michael Morgan has prosecuted and defended civil litigation in nearly every county in Washington State and in the Federal Court for the Western District of Washington.  He served as in-house trial counsel for Safeco Insurance Company from 1999 to 2005 where he defended cases involving serious injury or death, property damage, construction defects, professional malpractice, and a variety of other tort claims.  Currently, Michael focuses on dispute resolution and litigation.  He has extensive experience in resolving trust and estate disputes, will contests, and contested guardianship matters.  From mediation to trial and appeal, Michael has the track record and creativity required to effectively resolve disputes in a cost-efficient and timely manner and to achieve the best possible trial results when necessary.
